Refund and Return Policy

Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the ship date, service and shipping/handling fees. All returns and exchanges require a packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Please note that ALL SERVICE AND SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This packing and shipping.

We will replace any items that are received defective or damaged upon delivery. We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, abused from wear, and we cannot replace items that have been lost or stolen. Items must be in "like new" condition.

Please keep in mind that:

  • Any credits will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
  • It may take up to 1 week from the day we receive your package for your credit card account to be credited. This delay is due to credit card processing.
  • Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Any discount applied to your original order will be deducted from your refund amount. Exchanged items are not eligible for original purchase discounts or promotional prices.

How to make a return....
To process your return, send an e-mail to with your contact information. Please state exactly why you are returning the item. We will send you an e-mail telling you how to return the item and where to send it.

Making a change to your order....
If your request for change arrives before your order has shipped, we can change the order. If you need to make a change to an order, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please be aware that it may delay the promised completion date of your original order.
